Arrival & Check-in

Here we are! In Cascais, a coastal town by the Atlantic Ocean, famed for long, beautiful beaches. In the upcoming days, it will become the kingdom of football. After the arrival and check-in at the accommodation spots, we are going to celebrate our first meal in Portugal. Take your time and get ready for the sport adventure!

Monday

Opening Ceremony & Tournament begins

Today, first football teams are running into the pitch. We start a sport competition in A-H groups. At 8 PM, everyone is invited to participate in the Opening Ceremony at Mercado da Vila. The market, which normally smells of fresh fruits and vegetables will host young football players from all over the world. Come and see a colorful parade of different nations and cultural diversity in one place!

Tuesday

Group stage in progress & Stars Match

Group stage competition gathers pace. After the matches, we have time for leisure and pleasure. Don’t miss the opportunity to make use of the famous Cascais beaches. Maybe do you take an individual or group surf lesson? All concerned can also join the tour to the Benfica or Sporting Lisbon Stadium. At 8 PM, Stars Match in Silesianos (Estoril) is planned.

Wednesday

Close of the group stage & Leaders Match

Players take part in the final matches in the group stage and move on to the playoff phase. In the afternoon, coaches who have applied to Leaders Match are going to contest in the Salesianos field. All the participants enjoy their free time. You may visit Lisbon or partake in a special tour to Fatima Sanctuary. The offer is really rich - everyone will find something for themselves.

Thursday

Playoff stage

We are coming to the ultimate results of the tournament. Teams which qualified to the Playoff B, finish the competition today. The best squads from the groups A-D play their finals too. There is only one day in Cascais before us.

Friday

Finals & Closing Ceremony

Boys from categories E, F and G have their Playoff A finals today. After that, we are going to eat our last lunch in Portugal and take part in the Giving Prize Ceremony. Satisfaction from the effort and sweat left on the field should be considerable! However, all good things must come to an end. See you next year in Cascais!

Being so close to the capital city of Portugal, don’t miss the opportunity to visit it! One of the oldest city in the world combines in its area the architecture styles from most of the past eras. Let yourself get lost in the spiral paths of the city and be surprised with treasures that are hidden around the corner. Churches, cathedrals, National Paneton, flea market or artistic streets of Alfama - discover Lisbon in your own way!
Estádio da Luz
Benfica Stadium was built to host the teams on the finals of Euro 2014. That year was exceptional for this venue, which hosted also the Champions League final between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. Today, apart from sport emotions, it offers its visitors dedicated guided tours to the areas not normally accessible to the audience. Those, who want to know the history of this place are invited to visit the museum located inside.
CASCAIS
FATIMA SANCTUARY
One of the biggest pilgrimage destination in the world where the Virgin Mary revealed herself to the three children, Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta. Apart from the main Sanctuary, the place consists of the Basilica of Our Lady of Rosary, Museum of the Sanctuary, Houses of the children and temporary and permanent exhibitions. The worth seeing place due to the soul and historical reasons.
SPORTING LISBON STADIUM
Built for the purposes of the Euro 2004 tournament, Sporting Lisbon Stadium is said to be one of the most avant-garde sport facility in the world. During a special tour, football enthusiasts may go through the tunnel to the field, where Cristiano Ronaldo played his last match for Sporting Lisbon with Manchester United. MUSEUM OF THE SEA
The Museum of the Sea in Cascais founded in 1992 is dedicated to the nature below the sea water surface and the art of fishing. We can not only observe the fishermen’s costumes there, but also look at the ships and equipment they use in the everyday work. There are rooms and exhibitions dedicated to the animals and life in the sea.
